Reply to a review

  1. Open “Reviews”. If no Google location is connected, select “Set up Google”.
  2. Use “Unanswered” to find reviews awaiting a reply.
  3. Open a review and write your reply. Review any AI suggestion before using it.
  4. Check the text and use the available action to publish it on Google.

Your reply should reflect the actual visit. Do not include private guest information.

Enter and save the link for reviewing your business. Test it before copying it or downloading the QR code. Sharing and QR codes use the saved link.

Settings also let you choose tone, form of address and language for reply suggestions. If reviews are missing, use “Reload” and check the Google connection.
