About benvido

Your hard work deserves
a helping hand.

Running your own business takes courage. You put time, money and heart into it, take responsibility for your team and look after your guests.

Businesses like yours bring a community to life. Behind them are people whose work often continues long after closing time.

That’s why we’re building benvido: to give you more time for your business and the people in it.

How it started

A small change shouldn’t become a big task.

We develop software for businesses, including many restaurants. The same questions keep coming up: Who updates the menu? Where are the old opening hours still listed? Has anyone answered the reservation request?

The answers are often spread across different programs, files and messages. A simple change then takes several steps — sometimes including a call to the agency.

benvido grew out of this experience. Websites, menus, reservations and guest marketing come together in one place, so you can easily take care of things yourself as they come up in your business.

Developing ideas together

What matters to us

It has to work in a busy restaurant.

Easy to update

A new price or an extra closing day is part of everyday business. You should be able to make these changes yourself, without having to learn the technical details first.

Even without a marketing team

In many restaurants, someone looks after the website and the next social posts alongside their other work. That’s the everyday reality we’re building benvido for.

Clear for your guests

What’s on the menu? When are you open? How do I book? Your guests should find these answers quickly, including on their phones.
