Clear scope

Your website and reservations work together.

Guests discover your restaurant, browse the menu and submit a reservation request on your benvido website. Your team manages it in the same system.

Practical workflows before you decide

How your team works with the reservation system.

The following examples illustrate typical use cases, not customer testimonials.

Example: four guests request a table for Friday.

The request appears in benvido. Your team checks the date, time, party size and notes, then accepts or declines it. The table is only confirmed once the request is accepted; the decision is sent by email.

Example: a reservation arrives by phone.

Enter the reservation yourself so it appears alongside online requests in your overview. After the visit, you can record whether the guests attended. The next shift then works with the same information.

Request management or automatic table allocation?

benvido suits businesses that want to review and confirm enquiries themselves. Instant automatic table confirmation is not part of this workflow. We will discuss the right scope in the demo.
