Connect Google, Facebook and Instagram
Select the correct business location and social channels.

Connect Google
- Open “Google & local visibility” and go to “Google connection”.
- Start the authorisation process using a Google account with the required business permissions.
- Select the correct business account and location.
- Complete any other available mappings, save your selection and check the connection status.
If a location is missing, check which Google account you are using and its permissions. Reconnect the account if the authorisation has expired.
Facebook and Instagram
Open “Facebook & Instagram”, start the connection process and select the correct Facebook Page. Instagram requires a business or creator account linked to that Page.
If you are previewing a plan, the actual connection may only become available after activation. Contact benvido if a message indicates that server configuration is missing.
Disconnect a channel
Read the effects shown before disconnecting. New posts will no longer be sent to those channels. Never share passwords or access tokens in the chat.
