Get help in benvido
Open “Help & contact” to reach the support chat. In many workspaces, “Help” also opens relevant guides. You can also email [email protected], for example if you cannot sign in.
Write a useful problem report
Describe:
- the workspace affected;
- the steps you took;
- what you expected and what happened instead;
- the exact error message and approximate time.
First check that you have selected the correct business. Hide guests’ personal data and other confidential information in screenshots. Never send passwords, confirmation codes or payment details.
What happens in the chat?
The AI assistant provides help based on documented information and guides. If that is not enough, the benvido team can take over. A team member will respond when they process your request; no fixed response time is promised here.
