Read your figures
- Open “Statistics” and select a date range.
- Open the relevant report, such as reservations, popular content or Google.
- Check the data source and when it was last updated.
- Compare equal periods using the same metric.
Views, visitors, clicks and confirmed reservations count different things. Do not add reach across channels: the same person may be counted more than once.
Data is missing
“No data available” does not necessarily mean nobody visited your website. Check the date range and connection under “Data sources”. Some reports require an active connection, measurement consent or a suitable plan.
“Outdated” means the values are not current. Check the connection and reload. “How these figures are counted” provides more information.
