Add a phone reservation

Record a reservation

1. Select the correct business and open “Reservations”.
2. Select “Phone reservation”.
3. Enter the date, time, party size, name and required contact details.
4. Check the confirmation email option.
5. Review all details and finish creating the reservation.
6. Check that it appears in the list with the correct information.

A conflict appears

Read the message about opening hours or capacity and resolve the timing before continuing. If you are unsure whether a reservation was saved, check the list first to avoid creating a duplicate.
