Edit your website content

Update text and content sections, then check the preview.

Change content

  1. Select the correct business in benvido and open “Website”.
  2. Open the section you want to edit. Depending on your setup, this may include the team, FAQs, offers, vouchers, careers and partners.
  3. Update the content in the relevant editor and save your changes.
  4. Check the preview.

Edit general business information under “Administration” → “My business”. To apply changes to your live website, follow the publishing process.

Maintain amenities and offers under “Good to know”

Select the correct business and open “Administration” → “My business”. These sections supply the “Good to know” area on your website:

  • Business details: Business type, cuisine and specialities.
  • Seating & areas: Indoor and outdoor seating, capacity for celebrations, terrace, garden and roof terrace.
  • Dining & services: Meals, reservations, takeaway, delivery and private events.
  • Family & amenities: Family friendliness, high chairs, children’s menu, playground, play corner and baby changing facilities. This section also contains EV charging, Wi-Fi, dogs and parking.
  • Accessibility: Entrance, seating, toilet and parking.
  • Special features, payment & dietary options: Air conditioning, live music, views, accepted payment methods and vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.

Enable only facilities you actually provide, then choose “Save changes”. Check the preview and publish the website again under “Domain & publishing”. Changes are live only after publishing completes successfully.

The website groups available information automatically. Disabled features and empty groups are omitted; payment methods appear with icons. If the playground is missing, check its setting, whether changes were saved and the latest successful publication. Sample facilities shown in a design draft are not added automatically.

Check before publishing

Are the contact details, text and links correct? Are there any placeholders left? Only use images you have the rights to use. Saving a change alone does not confirm that it has been published successfully.

A content section is missing

Check your setup, plan and permissions. If you need help, tell support which section is missing.
