Change your opening hours

Edit your weekly hours

You need editing permissions for the selected business.

1. Open “Opening hours”.
2. Edit the time slots for the relevant day of the week. Mark closed days as closed.
3. Check the start and end of every time slot, particularly overlaps and multiple opening periods on the same day.
4. Save your changes and read any confirmation or error messages.
5. Review the saved weekly schedule.

A public holiday or planned closure?

For a temporary exception, use Public holidays and closure periods instead of permanently changing your regular weekly hours.

Changes will not save

Correct any highlighted time errors. If a conflict appears, check its consequences before confirming. If the schedule still will not save, give support the exact error message.

Saving a change in benvido does not confirm that it has synced with external services. Check their connection status separately.
