Import a menu with AI

Upload an existing menu and carefully review the proposed content.

Start an import

  1. Open “Menu” and select “Import”.
  2. Upload your existing menu using the file picker. Check the listed formats and limits.
  3. Wait for processing to finish.
  4. Review the entire result: categories, names, descriptions, prices and allergens.
  5. Only accept content you have checked.

AI recognition can make mistakes and does not replace a qualified allergen check. Review the digital menu afterwards.

The import fails

Check the status and error message. Do not repeatedly restart the same import in quick succession. If the error persists, contact support with the file format and error text. Your import allowance depends on your plan.
