Data export and deletion for customers
Owners can find a complete ZIP export with site data, content, reservations, guest contacts and original files under ‘Account, data & security’. They can also schedule a deletion request there. It is processed after 30 days and can be withdrawn until processing begins. Invoices and contractual evidence subject to statutory retention remain stored separately and restricted to that purpose.
Reservation and guest contact data
Authorised owners and managers can immediately erase the personal details of a reservation or newsletter contact in the relevant module. Appointment and statistical data remain only in anonymised form. Guests without benvido access can use the privacy form linked below to request access or deletion.
Delete a Facebook or Instagram connection
- In Facebook, open Settings and go to Apps and Websites.
- Select benvido and remove the connection.
- Alternatively, disconnect the account in benvido’s Meta settings.
- When Meta sends a deletion request to benvido, the connection data stored for the app-specific user ID will be deleted.
Which Meta connection data are deleted?
The Meta connections stored with your Meta user ID, encrypted access tokens and links to selected Facebook pages and Instagram business accounts are deleted. You may need to remove content already published on meta platforms directly from the respective provider. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
